An experience Housekeeping Supervisor will be deputed per shift. This can be done with your consent that will carry out the following duties.
- The Supervisor is responsible to plan and allocate the various activities of House Keeping services and deputing HK team as per requirement.
- HK team will be briefed about the work on day-to-day basis.
- He will attend to all the complaints / suggestions of administration in charge.
- He will report and accelerate about Cleaning and maintenance activities performed during each shift at the end of that shift to Administration incharge.
The office boys based in the premise will take care of Filling, Photo Coping, Faxes, Serve water / tea, Dispatch, etc, and attend to all duties allotted to them from time to time as per standing instructions
The Pantry Boys will serve Tea/Coffee, Water and maintain the pantry inventory.
The liftman will be responsible to assist and take the people systematically up and down and see that the lift is not misused, Overloaded and prevent in from getting damaged.
Carpet cleaning and shampooing and antibacterial treatment for carpet can be taken up separately on yearly contract basis. Sofas and Chairs, Upholstery cleaning and shampooing can be taken up separately on yearly contract basis.
